Flambé Karma is a Buffalo Grove restaurant known for its mix of French and Indian cuisine. The menu combines classic techniques with bold flavors, creating something different from typical local dining spots. From the start, the goal was to present that identity clearly online and make it easy for people to find, call, and visit.

Challenges

Starting From Zero Visibility

Flambé Karma was launching as a brand-new restaurant without a website or online footprint. There was no Google presence, no search visibility, and no system in place to bring in calls or reservations.

The main challenge was building trust and awareness quickly in a competitive local market. Without reviews, rankings, or online history, the restaurant needed a strong foundation that could start generating traffic and customer interest right away.

A new website was built to match the restaurant’s branding, including its purple color scheme and overall style. The site was structured to clearly present the menu, location, and contact details so visitors could quickly take action.

Google Business Profile was set up and optimized to improve visibility in local search and maps. This included making sure all business information was accurate, complete, and positioned to rank for relevant searches.

Social media was also managed to support the launch, helping bring attention to the restaurant and drive additional traffic. All channels worked together to make it easy for people to discover Flambé Karma, get directions, and make a reservation.

Within the first four months, Flambé Karma saw strong growth across multiple channels. The Google Business Profile alone generated over 1,000 phone calls, showing clear intent from potential customers.

Direction searches reached over 2,200, indicating strong local visibility and real-world interest in visiting the location. Alongside that, reservations came in through the website, social media, and Google, helping establish a steady flow of new customers early on.

The combination of a clean website, strong Google presence, and active social media created consistent traffic and made it easier for people to choose Flambé Karma when searching for places to eat in the area.
