Global Pain & Spine Clinic is a multidisciplinary medical center dedicated to helping patients find lasting relief from pain and mobility issues. Our team of experienced doctors offers comprehensive care, including Chiropractic Care, Pain Management, Podiatric Care, and Physical Therapy, tailored to each patient’s needs. We specialize in treating conditions such as chronic pain, sports injuries, disc disorders, and auto accident-related injuries. Innovative services like Regenerative Medicine, IV Therapy, and Spinal Injections are also available to support healing and recovery at the cellular level. We believe in a collaborative, patient-centered approach that gets you back on your feet and back to life—stronger and healthier than before.

Digital presence was not reflecting the quality of care

Despite two decades of clinical excellence and a loyal patient base, Global Clinic’s digital presence was not reflecting the quality of care they provided. At the start of the engagement in July 2025: Website averaged just 335 clicks/month and 74.9K impressions — with an average search position of 47.5 (essentially invisible in Google results). Only 126 referring domains, no content strategy, no SMS marketing, and no paid campaigns.

  • Paid Campaigns & Direct Marketing: Lead-generation ads on Facebook and Instagram, plus weekly SMS campaigns to 2,700+ patients promoting specific treatments — achieving click rates that double the industry average.

  • Graphic Design: Custom promotional graphics for every campaign: social media ads, SMS visuals, flyers, brochures, and in-clinic materials — all on-brand and conversion-focused.

Our multi-channel strategy produced transformative growth in under 12 months

Search Engine Visibility: The most dramatic transformation occurred in organic search. Google Search Console data comparing the last 6 months to the previous 6 months tells the story. Website Performance: The new globalclinic.com launched in May 2026. The external SEO audit improved from grade B to B+, with PageSpeed scores rivaling top-tier websites. On-Page SEO from grade B+ to A, Links from F grade to D. Local Map Dominance: Achieved an average rank of #2.82 for the highly competitive term “Pain Management,” securing 73% visibility in the top 3 spots. Google Business Profile Growth: Profile views increased by 25.2% (reaching 15,534 views), alongside a 13.3% increase in driving direction requests
